This is a suit in tort arising out of an accident involving two trucks which occurred on April 20, 1965, at the intersection of Louisiana Highways 14 and 27 at Holmwood, Calcasieu Parish. Plaintiff sues for damages for personal injuries, medical expenses, loss of earnings and property damages resulting from the accident.
