Indictment in twelve counts, charging eight counts of mail fraud and four counts of wire fraud against three defendants for allegedly implementing a "check-kiting" scheme. After dismissal of one defendant and plea of nolo contendere by a second, the case proceeded to jury trial against the remaining defendant for six days, at the conclusion of which the jury deliberated for two...
