It is undisputed that on June 23, 1965 the claimant suffered an accidental injury to his back which accident arose out of and in the course of the employment. The claimant testified that while walking on level ground on August 15, 1965 he felt a "twitch" in his back which caused him to twist and he then felt great pain in his back and he fell forward to the ground.
