The appellant Burgan brought this action against the appellees, Ray Harrison and Wellen Ford, Inc., for personal injuries sustained by him when an automobile allegedly driven by Harrison within the scope of his authority as a used car salesman for Wellen Ford, Inc., sideswiped a tollhouse in which Burgan was working as a toll collector for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
