Emil Nieman, individually and as next friend of his grandson, Vernon Lee Brannan, a minor, brought this suit against Tom Brown Drilling Company, a corporation, and Gurld D. O'Neal seeking damages for the wrongful deaths of Elisa Nieman and Virgie L. Brannan.
