On April 19, 1966, the appellant was arrested and charged with robbing the Muscle Shoals National Bank, Muscle Shoals, Alabama. He was indicted1 and at his trial entered a plea of guilty to the following counts:

a) Bank robbery by force and violence (18 U.S.C.A. § 2113(a)), and b) Jeopardizing another's life by use of a deadly weapon while committing a bank robbery (18 U.S.C.A. § 2113...
