Order reversed insofar as appealed from and application granted to the extent of directing that a hearing be granted to defendant on his contentions that (a) he was deprived of his right to counsel during the proceedings culminating in said judgment and (b) the court lost jurisdiction to impose sentence on December 9, 1941 by reason of the six-year delay between his plea of guilty and the sentence.
