This is an appeal by V.E. Atkinson, Jr., Executor of the Estate of V.E. Atkinson, Deceased, and V.E. Atkinson, Jr., and W.B. Atkinson (defendants) from a judgment whereby the whole title to a residence property located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, was quieted in Ardis Ruth Nott Beasley Barr and Lou Nott (plaintiff below).
