This appeal arises out of a suit brought under the Texas Workmen's Compensation Act.

In January 1966, appellant was injured in an automobile accident when the car he was driving collided with another vehicle on a street in Austin, Texas. At the time of the accident appellant was proceeding to the office of his employer Walter Carrington, a building contractor in Austin.
