STORCKMAN, Judge.

This is an action for damages for personal injuries arising out of a collision of two automobiles. The plaintiff joined Delbert E. Orcutt and his employer Wyandotte Chemical Corporation as defendants in his suit for $65,000. At the close of plaintiff's case, the court directed a verdict for the defendant corporation and the jury returned a verdict against the defendant Orcutt for $350. The plaintiff filed a motion for a new trial on the single ground...
