SUTTON, Justice.

This litigation involves an automobile accident. On submission of the issues to the jury, a verdict was returned for defendant Bauer. Orth urges the following grounds as error:

(1) That the evidence showed the defendant was negligent as a matter of law; (2) There was no evidence of contributory negligence by plaintiff Orth; (3) The evidence showed conclusively that plaintiff's injuries were the result of the collision...
