Mildred Housman brought an action for $50,000 damages for personal injuries against Benjamin Fiddyment, who filed a counterclaim for $27,500 for personal injuries and property damages, all arising out of a head-on collision of their automobiles on Highway U, an 18-foot blacktop road in Christian County.
