Order entered December 30, 1966 denying defendants' motion to dismiss the amended complaint on the ground that plaintiffs have no cause of action and for a dismissal against certain of the plaintiffs upon the ground that either they were not at any time limited partners or have disposed of their interests or acquired their interests after the transactions in suit, unanimously affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements to respondents.
