Plaintiffs, Newton and Scroggins, owners of a large dairy farm in Northfield, Massachusetts, purchased an automatic milking system from a firm named Goldstein & Gurwitz in nearby Ware, Massachusetts. This firm is an authorized dealer for James Mfg.
