HOOD, Judge.

Plaintiff, Gladney McCauley, sues for damages for personal injuries sustained by him as a result of a two-car motor vehicle collision. One of the automobiles involved in the collision was owned by defendant, Elius LaFleur, and at the time of the accident it was being driven by his wife. The suit was instituted solely against Mr. LaFleur.
