WINTER, Circuit Judge:

The discharge of five employees, preceding and succeeding an unsuccessful union organizing campaign which had followed closely on the heels of two consent elections in which employees rejected unionization, was determined by the Board to be a violation of § 8(a) (3) of the Act. Additionally, the discharge of the supervisor and coercive interrogations of employees about union affiliations, attitudes and activities and threats to reduce wages...
