McBRIDE, Judge.

This is a summary proceeding by which the landlord seeks to have her tenant evicted from the premises 411-13-15 Bourbon Street for certain alleged violations of the written lease. After a trial of the rule to show cause a judgment of eviction was rendered in accordance with plaintiff's prayer. Defendant-appellant applied for, was granted, and perfected a suspensive appeal to this court.
