HOLBROOK, J.

On February 3, 1965, defendant pleaded guilty in the circuit court for Roscommon county, to the crime of breaking and entering with intent to commit larceny.1 He was sentenced on April 6, 1965, to prison for a term of 1-1/2 to 10 years with a recommendation that he serve the minimum term.
