Claimants, husband and wife, were traveling west on New York State Route 29 in Washington County on Sunday night, July 19, 1959 with the husband driving his car and his wife as a passenger. At approximately 9:30 P.M. their car was in collision with an east-bound car just west of the intersection of Route 29 and New York State Route 40.
