Plaintiff-appellee M.R. Hudson is the owner of two adjoining parcels of land fronting on Holland avenue (M-46) in the township of Buena Vista, Saginaw county. In the spring of 1963, applications were filed with the Buena Vista township zoning board to have the parcels rezoned from residential to commercial so that Hudson could construct a gasoline station on the land.
