Beetler and Sandra Roehm Moore, instituted this action in an Illinois state court seeking to recover from Zotos, a division of Sales Affiliates, Inc., the defendant-appellee,1 monies the plaintiffs paid to satisfy a judgment against them awarded to Joanne L.
