The Board of Building Standards adopted certain amendments to the Ohio Building Code relating to and permitting the use of plastic drain, waste and vent pipe fittings. Appellant's president appeared at the hearing before the board and objected to the use of such materials and, upon the adoption of the regulations permitting their use, filed his company's appeal in the court below.
