MEMORANDUM BY THE COURT.

The two physicians who attended claimant found that his disabling heart attack was caused by excessive exertion incurred in his work on two successive days when he lifted heavy luggage and experienced chest pains. He continued at work following the first incident (cf. Matter of Cuvelier v. Fairbanks & Walvoord, 6 A.D.2d 920, 921, and cases there cited) but following the second episode was examined...
