This is an appeal by defendants Oswald from a judgment for plaintiff Staton in a trespass to try title suit.

Plaintiff, Mrs. Norma Staton, sued defendants Robert Oswald and the other heirs of Joe Oswald, to recover title and possession of 25 acres of land in the J. A. Merrifield Survey in McLennan County.
