The will of Edward A. Little, a bachelor, executed by the testator on December 30, 1959, was a challenged in the Orphans' Court for Washington County by a caveat filed on January 15, 1965, by Bertha Little Sachs (Bertha), the surviving sister of the testator. Later, on April 20, 1965, fourteen surviving nieces and nephews, also filed a caveat.
