Plaintiffs, Chicago Real Estate Board, an association of real-estate brokers, and certain individual and corporate brokers, instituted this action against the city of Chicago, the Mayor, and the Chicago Commission on Human Relations to obtain a declaratory judgment on the constitutionality of the Chicago Fair Housing Ordinance, and to obtain an injunction prohibiting its enforcement....
