As so modified, judgment affirmed.

In our opinion, in the light of the record, it was an improvident exercise of discretion to impose the indeterminate sentence as against a reformatory term.

In my opinion, there is no basis, on the record herein presented, for holding that the court abused its discretion by imposing a sentence of an indeterminate...
