PETERSON, Justice.

A jury in Hennepin County District Court awarded plaintiff Arnold Rose general and punitive damages in his action for civil libel against defendants Christian Research, Inc. and Gerda Koch. The jury's verdict, however, absolved a third defendant, Adolph Grinde. Defendants Christian Research, Inc. and Gerda Koch appeal from the judgment entered against them and from the order denying their post-trial motions for judgment notwithstanding...
