This is a trespass to try title suit. Appellants, R. E. Crosby and wife, filed this suit against appellees, Margarett Mott Davis, the surviving widow of Perry Mott, deceased, and the surviving heirs of Perry Mott for title and possession of 23 2/3 acres of land in San Augustine County, Texas.
