This is an action for personal injuries arising out of an automobile collision. From a verdict and judgment for plaintiff for $5,000 defendant appealed to the Kansas City Court of Appeals, which affirmed the judgment, and on defendant's application the case was by our order transferred here, largely because of the general interest involved in the holding of the Court of Appeals that proof by plaintiff of ownership by defendant corporation of the vehicle...
