Thomas J. Mayo died in 1917 leaving a will restraining the alienability of title to his 500-acre farm adjacent to Paintsville, Kentucky, until 21 years and 10 months after the death of the last survivor of four life tenants, one of whom is still living. The surviving life tenant, Fannie Mayo Atkinson, and her five children appeal from a judgment which has the effect of confirming an agreement made in 1927 by which she and her brother, Robert H. Mayo...
