On October 13, 1967, this Court announced an opinion reversing the action of the lower court and remanding the cause. The appellees, Mrs. Frank N. Lewis and Walter P. Armstrong, Jr., guardian ad litem for DeWitt M. Shy, Jr., a minor, have filed a petition to rehear in which they have called our attention to two erroneous statements.
