This is an appeal from a judgment for defendants, entered by the trial judge notwithstanding verdicts of the jury in favor of plaintiffs, a construction worker and his wife, for $100,000 and $3,000 respectively.
Plaintiff Moses Patrick was a laborer in the employ of Malone Brothers, a cement subcontractor on a construction job at the Wylie Groves Junior
