Appellant in this case is a New Jersey corporation which specializes in industrial machines designed to feed special material into certain manufacturing processes. Appellee was, from 1957 until 1963, the Michigan representative of the appellant. In 1963, appellee's representation was, by agreement between the parties, limited to certain areas of Michigan. This action was originated because of an alleged breach of contract for payment
