This is an appeal from an award determining the rating for permanent partial disability in a workmen's compensation case.

It would appear that the claimant was an illiterate laborer 47 years of age. He was employed as a common laborer in construction work. He contends that on July 19, 1963, he was engaged in unloading a truck of sacks of cement weighing some 96 pounds. Sometime between 9 and 10...
