PER CURIAM.

Upon a plea of guilty to the charge of issuing a fradulent check the appellant on October 31, 1960 was sentenced to from one to ten years in the Indiana State Prison. Commitment was withheld, and the defendant was placed on probation for a period of two years pending good behavior and certain other conditions.
