In November, of 1958, appellees, as plaintiffs below, instituted suit in the Circuit Court of Monroe County seeking to quiet title to certain real property on the island of Plantation Key. After some preliminary proceedings, appellees filed a motion to amend the complaint and to join additional parties defendant.
