The appellant, plaintiff below, fell and struck the rear of his head on the kitchen floor while working at home. It was alleged that appellant lost the sight of both eyes as a result of this fall. At the time of the accident, appellant was insured by the appellee under a group policy which provided for payment of $3,000 for the loss of sight of both eyes due to accident. Appellant filed a suit against the appellee upon the policy and suffered a summary...
