In this court-tried action at law, defendant MFA Mutual Insurance Company appeals from an adverse judgment in the sum of $1,000, that being the limit of defendant's liability under medical payments coverage afforded by its policy issued to plaintiff R. H. Clarkson of Protem, Taney County, Missouri. Plaintiff's recovery was for medical expenses admittedly incurred by him, as the stepfather of Gaila Sue Nave, an unmarried minor then sixteen years...
