The Workmen's Compensation Commission awarded Willie Gooch compensation for injuries sustained when he was shot by one Jones, a jealous husband who, entirely mistakenly, thought Gooch was having an affair with Mrs. Jones, and Judge Macgill, sitting without a jury in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, affirmed.
