Plaintiff, Jules Andrieu, brought this suit as an action of boundary, alleging that he is the owner of the following described property, to-wit:

"All that certain lot or parcel of ground lying and being situated in the Village of Lacombe, Parish of St. Tammany, State of Louisiana, and being more fully described as follows to-wit: From the northeast corner of Square No. 87 in the subdivision known as Oaklawn in the Village of Lacombe...
