This is an appeal by the plaintiffs-appellants, Robert W. Hinegardner and his wife, Mrs. Christine S. Hinegardner, from the judgment of the trial court rejecting their demands for damages arising out of a collision between an automobile driven by Mrs. Hinegardner and a truck owned by Dickey's Potato Chip Company, Inc.
