This is an action for damages resulting from injuries received when plaintiff was starting a gasoline driven rotary lawn mower preparatory to mowing the lawn on defendant's farm. Plaintiff was within 15 days of being 20 years old and had lived on a farm most of that time. He first started working for defendant doing general farm work when he was around 12 years old.
