Plaintiff Southwest Savings and Loan Association, hereinafter designated Southwest, brought an action to foreclose certain mortgages attached to notes upon which a corporation, Mr. W. and Mr. R. Developers, Inc., hereinafter designated as W. & R., was in default. Included among the defendants were certain suppliers, two of whom brought this appeal.
