This is an expropriation suit instituted by Gulf States Utilities Company, as plaintiff, against L. Barbee Ponder, as defendant. The Lower Court rendered judgment in favor of the petitioner and against defendant granting petitioner a servitude across the property of defendant, and awarding damages to the defendant in the sum of $7,137.39.
