Following indictment and trial defendant was convicted of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, third offense, in violation of section 321.281, Code, 1962. There is ample evidence to support the conviction.

Defendant's sole contention upon this appeal is that he was denied a fair trial by claimed misconduct of the state's attorney in asking a total of three unanswered questions on cross-examination of two so-called character...
