This is an appeal from a judgment of the lower court which ordered four of the five heirs of the decedent, John J. Ramp, Sr., to accept their forced portion of the succession of their father subject to a usufruct in favor of his third wife, Mrs. Mildred M. Ramp. The judgment appealed from further refused to remove Mrs. Ramp as executrix of the succession, decided that a certain boat was community property and therefore it should be included in the
