GRAVEN, Senior District Judge (By Assignment).

There is presented to the Court for consideration the pretrial motion of the defendants to suppress certain evidence.

On August 24, 1966, the defendants were placed under arrest in their residence in the City of San Antonio, Texas. On September 13, 1966, a Grand Jury for this District returned an Indictment against the defendants. The Indictment is in five Counts. In Counts One, Two and Three...
