This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment rendered by the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County on a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff, appellee herein, Robert A. Goudy, and against defendants, appellants herein, Dayton Newspapers, Inc., and Glenn Thompson, in a libel action.
