The defendant-appellant seeks reversal of his conviction of the crime of unlawful possession of a narcotic drug. He was tried by the district court, sitting without a jury. The appeal is based primarily on the ground, and for the reason, that the trial court erred in its refusal to grant the defendant's motion to suppress the evidence seized in a search of his premises by the Salt Lake City police.
